Every cleaner is checked against our own process before they're ever sent to a job unsupervised, not handed a mop and an address on day one. That means being shown exactly what an agent-standard clean or a real deep clean actually looks like, and being checked against it, before they represent us in someone else's home or business.
It's also why the standard doesn't drift between jobs. Whoever turns up has been held to the same bar as everyone else on the team, which is the entire point of a checklist-driven process rather than leaving quality to whoever's having a good day.
