Two very different days

Tell us which one is yours.

Hand back the keys with nothing to argue about.

Book it for your final day or the day after you're out, and we'll leave the property exactly how the inventory expects it: no half-cleaned corners, no excuses at the inspection.

  • Timed around your actual move-out date
  • Every room checked against an agent-standard list
  • A clean you can point to if a deduction is queried

What's actually included

Pick a room, see the checklist.

The same list an agent walks through at inspection, worked through before they do.

The room agents open every cupboard door in -- grease on a handle is as good as grease on a hob.

  • Hob, extractor filter and splashback stripped of built-up grease
  • Cupboard fronts, handles and kickboards degreased
  • Worktops, sink and taps descaled and polished to a shine
  • Exterior of every appliance cleaned, door seals and handles included
  • Bin area cleaned and any lingering odours addressed
A bathroom cleaned to a shine, tiles, grout and fixtures spotless

Worth knowing before you book

Fair wear and tear isn't the same as a dirty flat.

Most deposit schemes draw a clear line: fading carpets, a few scuffed walls or a worn kitchen handle after a long tenancy is fair wear and tear, and a tenant isn't liable for it. Limescale that's built up in a bathroom, mould from a lack of ventilation, or grime baked into an extractor fan is a different category entirely, and it's exactly what agents are trained to flag at inspection.

That distinction is the whole point of an end of tenancy clean. It isn't about making a flat look nice, it's about closing the specific gap that turns into a deduction. We work from the same checklist agents use to inspect, so nothing that could be raised gets left for you to argue about afterwards.

What the day actually looks like

From booking to handing back the keys.

  1. Booking confirmed

You tell us the move-out date and property size. Access gets confirmed properly beforehand, keys, agent, or a lockbox code, so nobody's stood outside a locked door on the one day there's no room for delay.

  2. On arrival

The team walks the property against the checklist before touching anything, so a room's condition is judged against what's actually there, not guessed at from memory.

  3. The clean itself

Kitchen and bathroom first, since they take the longest and hide the most, finishing with a full walk-through rather than calling it done room by room.

  4. Before we leave

A final check against the same checklist the team started with, then keys handed back or the property locked up exactly as arranged, not left for someone else to sort out.

  5. After the clean

If the agent raises a point at inspection days later, that's not your problem to solve alone -- get in touch and we'll talk it through with you.

Most people only get one attempt at this

A rushed clean on moving day rarely matches a planned one.

Squeezed in between packing boxes and a van booked for midday, a personal effort tends to go surface-first: whatever's visible gets done, whatever isn't gets skipped. A professional pass works the other way round, starting with the jobs that take the longest to do properly and finishing with a check against the same list every time, so nothing gets left for time pressure to decide.

It's also about knowing what actually shifts a problem rather than just moving it around: the right amount of product left in contact for long enough, worked in the right order so nothing gets redeposited on a surface that was already done.

Nothing about your deposit should be left to chance.

An end of tenancy clean only works if it holds up when someone else inspects it. That's why we run it the same way every time, on the same checklist, with a team that's actually accountable for the result.

Bonded & fully insured

Covered up to £2 million on every booking, so a mark or a scuff picked up during the clean is never something you end up arguing about with an already-sceptical landlord.

A vetted, trained team

Every cleaner is checked against our process before they're ever sent out alone -- not a stranger from an app, working in a property you no longer hold the keys to.

One checklist, every job

The same agent-standard list runs on every job, so the result doesn't depend on which team happened to turn up.

Booked around your dates

A tenancy end date doesn't move to suit a cleaner's diary, so we work around your fixed key-handover time, not the other way round.

What tenants and landlords actually say.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable and did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned to a high standard, with great attention to detail. Friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.

End of tenancy cleaning, answered plainly.

Every room, top to bottom: kitchen degreasing (hob, extractor, splashback, cupboard fronts and handles), bathroom limescale and grout, skirting boards, internal doors and frames, windows (inside), and carpets vacuumed throughout. We work to an agent-standard checklist, not a quick once-over.

No. Move-out day already means keys, vans and deadlines happening at once, so most tenants and landlords just hand over access and let us get on with it. We'll confirm the arrangement, keys, agent, or a lockbox code, when you book.

It depends on the property's size and condition, typically a few hours for a flat and most of a day for a larger house. We'll give you a realistic estimate at quote stage, not a vague window that leaves you guessing when to hand back the keys.

Get in touch and we'll talk it through with you. We work to the same agent-standard checklist on every job, so you're never left defending a clean you can't see for yourself.
