Quotes and pricing
A quote given through the website's form, by phone, or by email is an estimate based on the details you've given us. It becomes a fixed price once we've confirmed it back to you and you've agreed to book, it isn't a binding contract before that point. If the property's condition or size turns out to be materially different from what was described, we'll always discuss any change with you before doing anything beyond the original scope.
Bookings and access
Once a booking's confirmed, we'll agree access arrangements with you directly, whether that's keys, an agent, or a lockbox code. If access falls through on the day through no fault of ours, we'll do what we reasonably can to rearrange, but a wasted visit may still be chargeable.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Recurring residential visits can be paused, skipped or moved with reasonable notice, there's no lock-in contract. For one-off bookings (end of tenancy, deep cleans, commercial jobs), please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move a booking, so we can offer the slot elsewhere.
Scope of work
We'll confirm what's included in your specific booking at quote stage. For safety reasons, our team doesn't move heavy furniture or large appliances, we clean around and up to them instead. Anything outside the confirmed scope, oven interiors, fridge interiors and similar, is available as an optional extra where offered, not part of the base service unless specifically agreed.
Insurance
We're bonded and insured up to £2 million on every job. If something's genuinely damaged through our team's error, get in touch straight away and we'll deal with it directly.
Payment
This site doesn't take payment online, there's no card checkout or stored payment details to disclose terms for. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with you when a booking's confirmed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
