What we collect
When you fill in a quote form, careers application, or contact us directly, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and any notes you add. We only ask for what's needed to give you a quote or respond to your enquiry, nothing beyond that.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange a booking, or consider a job application, whichever you've actually contacted us about. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we don't use your information for anything beyond the reason you gave it to us.
The tools we actually use
Our website forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which receives the details you submit in order to deliver them to us by email. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site's used and how well it performs, both of which are cookieless and don't track you individually across other sites. If you message us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy once you leave our site to open it.
Cookies
The only cookies this site can set come from the Google Maps embed shown on our areas pages, which sets Google's own cookies once it loads. We don't load that map until you've accepted the cookie notice shown on your first visit, or clicked directly to load a map yourself. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. Nothing else on this site, including our analytics, uses cookies.
What we don't do
This site has no user accounts, no on-site payments, and no cookie-based advertising or tracking. There's nothing here to log into and nothing to pay for online, so there's no card data, password, or account information of yours for us to hold in the first place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service you've asked for and to meet our own record-keeping obligations, then delete or archive it. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.
Your rights
